Plumbing for the Valley of the Moon
Sonoma has some of the oldest homes in the county. Near the Plaza you'll find houses that have been re-plumbed in pieces over the decades, with older galvanized pipe and cast iron drains hiding behind newer fixtures. Out in the Springs area and up the valley, homes range from small older cottages to newer houses, many with hard water that's tough on water heaters. We drive over from our shop in Cotati and fix it right.

Historic homes near the Plaza
On the streets around Sonoma Plaza, Broadway and East and West Spain Street, many homes are a century old or more. We see low pressure and rusty water from old galvanized pipe, slow cast iron drains, and leaking valves in original bathrooms. We repair or replace what's failing and work carefully around original features.
The Springs area
In Boyes Hot Springs and the neighborhoods along Highway 12 north of town, many homes are older cottages and small houses that have been added onto. Leaks under the house, worn-out water heaters and old supply lines are common calls.
